And our education and skills training initiative is aimed at delivering job pathways that enable economic security and mobility, bridge mismatch between the skills of young people entering the workforce and the needs of employers. This provides them with pathways to improved livelihoods. By bolstering economic opportunity and creating sustainable livelihoods we are working to address underlying economic system failures, ensuring youth and women are better positioned to meet their future needs and will not have to rely on philanthropy.
Entrepreneurship is critical for innovation, job creation and inclusion.Entrepreneurship is at the heart of national and local economic growth. By innovating and seizing opportunities, entrepreneurs drive national and local economic change and competitiveness.
We understand that due to skills mismatch and lack of opportunities, unemployed people may be forced to accept jobs that are well below the skill, benefits, and pay levels they should be eligible for, or could be stranded from the labor market altogether. Therefore, increasing access to jobs with living wages is one of the keys to closing the poverty gap in society ,our jobs skills-building initiative that equips youths and women with the skills they need to succeed acts as a vital driver of economic inclusion and mobility.
With Higher Education Institutions producing graduates with limited skills and requiring further training to meet workplace/ employer needs. Innovation and entrepreneurship training offers solutions to the youth employability issue. We are catalysts for change.

We provide youth and women with training and education in technology and business skills to help prepare them for employment in the digital age. Engaging youth in STEM education and upskilling adults for more meaningful and better-paying work which improving their lives today.Our training and entrepreneurship program is a fantastic opportunity for people to acquire skills, find work or become entrepreneurs in the society. These people can change not only their own lives but also the direction of their communities.
The training has 3 aspect:
We are working tenaciously and effectively to improve the lives of the most vulnerable and people facing disadvantages in Kenya, so that they are not only able to endure and survive hardship, but to live, enjoy and fully participate in the beauty of the world. A girl that successfully finishes her education, a thriving farming community, a safe place to find sanctuary and rebuild a new life, a healthy baby… These are all beauty. Living beauty.
